By submitting your reservation and paying the initial deposit, you acknowledge you have carefully reviewed and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Penalties:

by 4/22/2025 - $250 per person

by 5/27/2025 - 50% per person

by 6/22/2025 - 75% per person

by 7/7/2025 - FULL PENALTY

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Per WNTT's Terms and Conditions, WNTT reserves the right to assess an administrative cancellation fee. 

No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. 

Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Carnival may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Carnival's vessels.

Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

For your protection, Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan has been added to your reservation. Should you wish to add additional coverage, please contact WNTT for a quote. 

Submission of your reservation and initial deposit confirms that you are aware of the cancellation penalties described above on this page and that additional travel insurance is available for purchase to provide additional protection. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

THE INITIAL DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE. It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can contact WNTT with any questions prior to booking. 

Please verify that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available. Where Next Travel & Tours manually processes payments within 48 hours of submission, so the transaction may not appear immediately on your account. If your payment requires special handling, please contact Where Next Travel & Tours before submitting your payment.
